Account not in correct workgroup

I created my account and entered the workgroup trial, but i was supposed to use my invitation to enter our company workgroup. I cannot move to it now. I deleted my account so that i could try again, but now i cannot re-add myself.

Please help - the end of my email is the workgroup that we should be in.

Dear Mary,

As the trial lasts 30 days, Is it possible for you to enter your company group to another domain (i.e., with another email)? Let us know if there is such a possibility. If not, we will look into the possibility to recover your former account but it is not a simple operation.
