3.8.0.182 - When trying to publish or export, I get this: "Failed to parse base URL."

3.8.0.182 - Whenever I try to either publish or export, I get this message: "Failed to parse base URL."

I'm using the same process as before, and it never occurred in previous versions.

Otherwise, the new look and feel are nice.
